He wants to know if mineral jig can process 1-40 mesh minerals. The answer is
YES. This size range is within what mineral jig can do. Feeding size for
mineral jig is 80 mesh to 50mm. But different jigs can process minerals of
different size, you can’t process 0-50mm minerals with one single jig.
One of our client processes garnet of 20-80
mesh. Previously, he used spiral chute for concentration, but he found that
both the recovery and efficiency by spiral chute is low. He wanted to make some
changes on the beneficiation process. Finally he contacted with KBW company. We
